Nissan introduced the 370Z in 2008 as a successor to the 350Z. It is available as a 2 door coupe or a 2 door roadster. The 370Z is the sixth generation Z Series car to be produced by Nissan. Although it looks very similar to the 350Z the new Nissan 370Z in Belfast is a heavily revised model, every panel of the bodywork has been redesigned. The 370Z is wider and shorter than the 350Z, it is 4 inches shorter and 1.3 inches wider, the overall height has also been reduced by 0.3 inches.

The 370Z comes with a 3.7 litre V6 naturally aspirated petrol engine, all the power is delivered to the rear wheels via a 6 speed manual or a 7 speed automatic gearbox. The 370Z can do 0-62mph in less than 5.5 seconds. With the size of the engine, the 370Z has decent low and mid range grunt, but its true colours are revealed closer to the red line.

As you would expect from a high performance car the 370Z is great fun to drive on twisty tight roads. The Nissan 370Z finds plenty of grip and steers effortlessly in and out of corners, its limited slip differential enhances stability.

Earlier on this year Nissan released a special edition 370Z GT Edition to celebrate its racing success in the GT series, it also marked 40 years of the Z being available in the UK. The special edition is available in Pearl White, Kuro (Metallic) black and Black Rose - Grey "GT" stripes run along the flank of the car, and contrast with each of the body colours.

Pierre Loing the Vice President of Product Planning, Nissan International SA said, "The 370Z is an iconic sports car and the GT Edition underlines its appeal to enthusiasts everywhere. The combination of outstanding performance and the dramatic looks of this very special 370Z more than lives up to the heritage of its illustrious forebear while its strong links to the race track shows its true pedigree."
