When I went to visit my friend, who works at the Aston Martin dealer, I heard a couple of employees talking about the American debut of the Aston Martin One-77 and V12 Zagato during the automotive week in Monterey, California between 17th and 21st August 2011. Curious to know more about the event, I asked my friend what they were talking about, and so he explained it to me. Listening to him talk about the cars made me want to go the event. Both the cars will be displayed separately; the Aston Martin V12 Zagato will make its debut at McCall's Motorworks Revival, while the Aston Martin One-77 will be showcased at The Aston Martin Estate. The original Aston Martin V12 Zagato concept car was unveiled at the Villa D'Este Concours in Italy, where it won the Design in the Concepts and Protoypes class award. As a result of keen customer interest, a limited production run of the Aston Martin V12 Zagato will start in summer 2012. The event will also have various partners, including Emanuel Andren, Far Niente, FlexJet, Lugano Diamonds, Louis Roederer, Thermal Motorsports Track & Club, Vizio, Worth Magazine and Zino Platinum Cigars. Julian Jenkins, Vice President Aston Martin the Americas, commented: "Guests will be given the rare opportunity to test drive our latest model range, including the new Virage and Vantage S, as well as the four-door Rapide.
